A couple of updates regarding recent property improvements:
1. Railings were completed for bldgs E, F and G- this gives the whole complex now beautiful new railings. Wolek Ironworks in Belmar did a great job!
2. Sidewalks for the D and C bldgs were completed on 10/24 by Swift out of Tom’s River
3. Swift also at the same time addressed An issue – the parking lot was filled in where there had been some cracks in the roadway
4. Irrigation system will be winterized and shut off at the end of October.
