Then email the saved form to Krista Macaulay at PRC Group Management (Surf Site) kmacaulay@prcgroup.com, and cc. Michael Barnes (Board Treasurer) mbanj@verizon.net for any proposed unit modification. Unit modifications involving any exterior portions of the unit MUST have approval via the below Modification Application submission. This includes, but is not limited to, decks, windows, doors and attic fans.
Even though the unit owner is responsible for the cost of these modifications, you still are required to have approval from the Board as to approved colors and materials, working requirements, workmen’s comp insurance and signed contractor contracts, dumpster use, etc.
