ANNUAL MEETING FOR FISCAL 2023

The Southport Board has scheduled our Annual Meeting for the fiscal year of 2023:

Friday, February 23, 2024 at 7PM

It will be held both via Zoom call and in person at Unit C2. Zoom link will be sent as well as posted here the week prior to the meeting. When we send the Zoom link we will also ask for an RSVP if you are planning to attend in person. We will also be posting the agenda, the budget proposal, financials and the Proxy form (there are no elections this year so no ballots will be needed) here in advance of the meeting and will be mailing hard copies of same to your address on file as well)

Southport has 2 seats up for election on the board for fulfillment at this annual meeting. Please watch for the Annual meeting mailing that will include a signup for those wishing to be on the board. With both long term owners as well as new owners that have been added in the past few years, the census in Southport has changed dramatically. this is an opportunity to directly impact your community now and shape how it will go forward in the future.

Southport at Wall Condominium Association will hold its annual meeting for the Board of Directors and the Owners:

Friday, February 24, 2023 at 7PM- via ZOOM

/You will receive an email notice as well as a hard copy mailing that will have documents for your review, pertinent to the meetings proceedings. Included in those documents will be proxy forms for attendance and ballots for the election and nomination of open Board seats.

A second, separate email will come the week of February 19th with the link for the zoom meeting.

Reminder: Our upcoming Zoom annual meeting, Saturday, February 6 at 1:00 PM. The Zoom meeting ID and passcode will be emailed next week. Also, in the letter you received last month, you received a candidate request form to run for one of the two open seats on the board. These were due to be sent back to Surf Site by last Friday, 1/22. At this writing, we have not had anyone interested in running. If you are considering whether to run and have questions or want to discuss it, please email any of the current board members, or call our SouthPort hotline and a board member will get back to you.

South Port has tentatively scheduled their Annual Meeting for Saturday, February 6th, at 1PM. Please save the date. More information as to location (actual or virtual) will come out as we get closer to the date and assess the status of the Covid situation.
